Shifting seasons

19th December 2023 - Shifting seasons.

Dear reader,

Thank you for your patience! Hard to believe I last wrote to you in the Summer, and since then have been riding the waves of autumnal whirlwinds to land in the rest of Winter. Anyone else been feeling any intense energetic shifts?

I love coming in here and writing from a place of spaciousness and to stay present with the season, I'll honour my second half of the year with some reflections. Here's some of the highlights to share with you:

4th August was the most magical wedding day and I said yes on the beach feeling like a bride fairy with a smile that could last forever in the sunshine.

Faith thought it was a good idea to let us move in to our new home exactly two days before the wedding, I still haven't figured out how I got home from honeymoon in a fully organised kitchen.

Taking the camper on the road for two weeks was the best thing ever to put all life on hold other than time for each other to soak up the goodness following our big day. My favorite thing to do is adventure out and discover new corners of the island!

Becoming a home owner went from excitement to relief to overwhelm to claustrophobia to motivation to solace to freedom to fatigue to contentment to comfort... We've sanded and painted and cleaned and I feel so extremely proud welcoming all the love into our haven in the heart of Kilkenny.

The diversity of my work has been fulfilling and full of growth both online and offline. From self development, women's circles and job search support in community and charity, to events and outdoor mindful circles and workshops in corporate.

Out of all that I do, my 1:1 client work holds a special place in my heart and I plan to write out new offerings in 2024. But now it is time to rest, recharge and celebrate all this year had brought.

If you've enjoyed working with me and you'd like to support my small business, feel welcome to write me a testimonial here. There's some things in the making and a few ways you can work with me below.

It's so important to support ourselves with the invitation of nature to slow down in the depth of Winter, whatever that looks like for you. For me it is quality time with friends and family, good food, warm fire, quiet time for reading and writing, dancing to music, and gifting myself some retreat time.

How's your year been and what do you need most these last two weeks?

Wishing you a festive season full of joy and gentleness and so much gratitude for your presence!
