Private yoga will be tailored specifically to your needs. You are welcome as you are to breath and move at your own pace. This is your practice to move into your body and connect to your felt sense. Each experience is unique to meet your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual self.

Private yoga sessions allow the opportunity to attune the practice to meet you exactly where you are on a physical level at that particular moment in time. Taking a whole person approach we will work on the areas you would like to focus on with awareness of your mind-body connection.
