17th June 2025 - attuning to your natural inclinations

Dear reader,

Whilst journeying through some personal reflections, deep conversations and professional creations these last months, I've written a few ponderings I'd love to contemplate with you. You are so welcome to join one of my Summer events if you feel called - all info on the bottom :)

When's the last time you felt in awe? You felt really touched? Moved? You felt tears welling listening to a piece of music or poetry? A share from the heart? A wonder of nature?

When's the last time you sensed an uncontrollable childlike laugh waiting to burst?

Did you let tears flow? Or did you blink them away? Muffle the sound you might make? Did you show your joy with a smile in your eyes? Could you let it stay there? Did your laughter reach your belly? Or did you keep it contained?

Did you dare to feel fully or did you stop yourself for the fear of being seen in having feeling at all? Too little or too much. Too sensitive or not enough.

It is in our nature to sense and feel our way through the world. Our sensations serving as an inner compass, what to move away from and what towards. Our feeling giving meaning to our experience of it all. Note to self. Listen to the wisdom you hold by attuning to your natural inclinations. Brave those ones that come from deep within, before you learned to stay under the surface.

Always here for a cup of tea or a free consultation if you might want to explore a supportive mindful one-to-one coaching space or private yoga practice.
